Here’s how the program works:
You must be an active Catholic Business Buddy Subscriber (Free or paid)
You must use your affiliate link which can be accessed here.
One way to earn is by getting free months on the paid version of Catholic Business Buddy. Referrals are tracked and you’ll automatically get emailed when you reach certain milestones. E.g., get 3 months paid access to Catholic Business Buddy for free when you get 25 people to subscribe to my newsletter.
You can also GET PAID when you refer a PAID subscriber!
This is a special program and you must email me in advance to let me know you want to enter this program. Just send me an email at kate@thyolivetree.com with your first and last name and email associated with your Substack account. I’ll make sure you are on my list. If you don’t email me, I won’t track payments for you.
If I get a new paid subscriber and it is associated with your referral link, I’ll email you to ask for your PayPal business account so I can pay you.
This applies to monthly and yearly plans (but not the Vendor plan).
You’ll get paid 40% of any YEARLY PAID subscriptions you send my way. This is after any discounts/coupons used. E.g., If someone uses a 10% off coupon on a $99/plan = $89.10. 40% of that = $35.64 paid to you via PayPal.
If you refer a paid monthly subscription to me, you’ll get a flat $5 for that referral. This is one time only. I do not track repeat months.
Payments to you are only for the first payment a referred subscriber makes. Resubscribes, upgrades, and recurring payments are not tracked.
For that reason, yearly subscriptions are encouraged and most incentivized.
Per FTC rules, you should be disclosing that you are an affiliate whenever using your affiliate links.
