For me, the Holy Spirit gave me a mission to build a home for semi-independent young adults on the autism spectrum - a HUGE challenge for someone who struggles to make ends meet. Statement species looks like a great idea come to life! I like the fact that you are aiming for transparency in sourcing the products. Such a tough balance these days! I try to never buy goods made in China, though sometimes that's impossible.
It is SO hard! In this case, it was my only option for being compliant with garment tag laws in the US and ensuring it was printed and shipped from the US on demand to avoid wasted inventory. Small businesses and startups really have their hands tied!
